The place is simple and clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating. We would stay here again, thank you for the very comfortable stay.

The place was clean and luxury, it had polite staff especially the porter who came to help me carry my stuff during the room change. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Gulbenkian Garden.

Beds were a bit hard in this place.

All in all a just right hotel and pleasant overnight stay. Worth mentioning view, incredibly large bed and comprehensive breakfast. Fabulous central location, short walk to food places and the train station, though the area was not so great.

Definitely value for money, taking into account other Lisbon's options. Fantastic staff, LOVELY food, optimal location. I appreciated the pluses of having climate control, Wi-Fi and terrace. Courteous service within 0.5 km of the airport. The pool was really nice too.

Updated rooms, central location and fairly friendly staff. Quite spacious suite and really comfy bed. The staff did all they can for a VERY RELAXING stay. Exceptional services were available.
