The place is simple and clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating. We would stay here again, thank you for the very comfortable stay.

The place was clean and luxury, it had polite staff especially the porter who came to help me carry my stuff during the room change. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Gulbenkian Garden.
Beds were a bit hard in this place.

Accommodation was tidy, with pool, which we liked. Moderately priced hotel in Lisbon, unique location close to guerreiro.

Kind staff and really make it a good place to stay. The service was good, we had an above average breakfast...
There were very uncomfortable beds.

All in all a just right hotel and pleasant overnight stay. Worth mentioning view, incredibly large bed and comprehensive breakfast. Fabulous central location, short walk to food places and the train station, though the area was not so great.
A bit lazy staff!

The hotel was fairly clean, contemporary and had exceptional location and staff. Even though the bed was too small, it was fine stay.
Communication was challenging, wi-fi was bad.

Definitely value for money, taking into account other Lisbon's options. Fantastic staff, LOVELY food, optimal location. I appreciated the pluses of having climate control, Wi-Fi and terrace. Courteous service within 0.5 km of the airport. The pool was really nice too.

It deserves its 3 stars. For dinner, we went to Yokoso Sushi, it was minutes away from the venue.
